At The Light After Darkness @ Inhale Therapy, I am deeply passionate about guiding individuals on their journey towards emotional well-being and self-discovery. It is a profound privilege to create a sacred space where clients can authentically share their suffering, joy, anger, confusion, sorrow, and successes without fear of judgment or criticism. My role is to understand your unique perspective, know your story, and provide guidance with your best interest in mind.

I approach therapy with optimism and hope, challenging clients to embrace personal growth by increasing awareness of their thought processes, patterns of functioning, and relationships with others. As a licensed clinical psychotherapist, I offer holistic and alternative methods of therapy, providing a sanctuary for healing and growth tailored to each client's unique needs.

Embracing a holistic approach to mental wellness, I integrate alternative therapies such as meditation, mindfulness, and legal alternative medicines like CBD, Delta-8 THC-a, and others into treatment plans when appropriate. These practices can complement traditional therapy methods and promote overall well-being. Education & Qualifications

earned my undergraduate degrees at Oglethorpe University in Atlanta, GA and completed my Master's degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at Walden University. Additionally, I hold certifications as a Certified Clinical Telemental Health Provider (CTMH) and a Certified Clinical Anxiety Treatment Professional (CCATP). My experience covers a wide spectrum of issues, including mood disorders, anxiety, grief, depression, life transitions, and emotional abuse.


Therapeutic Approach

With over a decade of experience in the mental health field, I draw upon a variety of therapeutic modalities, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy, psychodynamic therapy, mindfulness-based approaches, and solution-focused therapy, among others.
